Shipping policy

I ship Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid having plants sitting stationary on Sunday, but most orders will ship on Monday. If you'd like me to hold your order or ship sooner, please send me an email at info@bellaandplants.com or contact me through social media.

Safe arrival is guaranteed only with UPS Next Day Air. If temperatures are below 50*F at any point during the journey, heat pack and insulation must also be purchased to be eligible for safe arrival guarantee. If temperatures are above 90*F at any point during the journey, an ice pack and insulation must also be purchased for the order to be eligible for safe arrival guarantee.

I am not responsible for packages once they leave my possession. Insurance for loss, damage, or theft is available for purchase through Route and is calculated based on order value before shipping - Route charges $1.95 for orders up to $100 and 3% for orders above $100. The Route widget will be automatically shown when purchasing through the website when viewing your cart. If the widget fails to load or if you're purchasing through the Shop app and would like to add Route, please send me a message and I can do it on my end.   

I take great care in packaging everything I send because these are my babies - I want them to arrive safe and ready to receive love. If you have any questions or want to request another shipping method, please contact me.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with state laws regarding importation of plants or chemicals. If you have questions, please reach out to me at info@bellaandplants.com and I will try to assist with any questions you have.

Please provide a clear an unambiguous unboxing video for any claims of damage or missing plants.

Orders for outside of the United States require a Phytosanitary Certificate, which is included in the price of shipping.
