Refund policy

All sales are final, however if a plant arrives damaged, please contact me within three hours of delivery with pictures or video of the plant and the packaging showing the condition. If I can determine the damage was due to something I did, you will receive a return label and refund upon immediate return of the plant(s), however damage during shipping is not covered.

Safe arrival is guaranteed only with UPS Next Day Air. If temperatures are below 50*F at any point during the journey, heat pack and insulation must also be purchased to be eligible for safe arrival guarantee. If temperatures are above 90*F at any point during the journey, an ice pack and insulation must also be purchased for the order to be eligible for safe arrival guarantee.

Claims of damaged or missing plants must be accompanied by a clear and unambiguous unboxing video, sent within one hour of the package being scanned delivered, which shows the box unopened and a clear depiction of the contents inside.
