Variegation Guarantee
Only available for specified plants when explicitly stated in the description.
Plants purchase with the Variegation Guarantee are guaranteed to show variegation on new growth occurring on those plants during the first 30 days after delivery. If there is no variegation on new growth during the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace the plant with another of the same type, or, at our sole option, refund the full purchase price upon return of the plant. To qualify, you must email to us at BellaAndPlants@yahoo.com with CLEAR pictures of the plant upon arrival and at least every 7 days thereafter (at the end of 1 month you would have sent us at least 4 pictures). Pictures must clearly show the state of variegation of the leaves in question. If it’s not possible to show the leaves in question in a single picture, you must include enough pictures to clearly show the plant. The more detail that can be determined, the better. We may cease offering this guarantee at any time, but such cessation will not apply to plants purchased while the guarantee is offered.
